Clinics

DMGC Clinics are a great opportunity for athletes to focus on specific tumbling skills. Our clinics are designed to provide additional instruction, drills, repetitions, and coaching attention to help athletes build confidence and progress their skills.

We offer a variety of clinics throughout the year, including:

  • Cartwheel & Kickover Clinics — Perfect for athletes learning or improving cartwheels, bridges, kickovers, and backbends.
  • Back Handspring Clinics — Designed for athletes who have mastered cartwheels and kickovers and are ready to begin working on back handsprings.
  • Advanced Tumbling Clinics - This class is designed to develop advanced tumbling skills including front and back tucks, layouts, and twisting elements. Athletes will work on both standing and running tumbling while focusing on proper technique, power, body control, and skill.
A backhandspring is required for the Advanced Tumbling Clinic
  • Rec Team Routine Clinics — Designed for Rec Team athletes preparing for upcoming competitions. These clinics focus on cleaning routines, improving execution, and fine-tuning skills before competition.

Clinics are open to athletes ages 5 & up and are a great way to gain extra practice outside of weekly classes. Pre-registration is recommended, as clinics often fill quickly.
